I spent many years designing newspapers, books and magazines that were read the old fashioned way - on paper. Now they seem like artifacts. I do all my reading on a screen. I’ve made this tiny book pendant, strung on a chain - artifact as jewelry. 

This pendant is 1.5 x 1 inches and hangs from a 36 inch sterling oxidized silver rolo chain with a handmade 's' clasp. The 180 pages of hand painted polypropylene and polyester range in graduated color from a bright yellow green to dark silvery grey.
